  A backtested 12-month forecast of U.S. construction spending on public FRED and NOAA data, with a scenario model for Prairie Ridge Builders (fictional) that bridges weather, tariffs, rates, public funding and fuel to revenue and gross profit. Ships with an Excel model built on live formulas.

  Estimates which finance records are already exposed to harvest-now, decrypt-later risk, using Mosca's inequality and retention rules (SEC, PCAOB, IRS, ERISA, BSA). Scans code for quantum-vulnerable encryption and produces a prioritized migration register with evidence on every finding, plus a CycloneDX CBOM export.
